My role 
Create the branding, design system, and marketing materials required to promote the service. This included creating flyers, brochures, social media posts, video editing, banners, UX/UI design, and more. 
The most significant challenge was establishing the basis for all visual content without clearly understanding what the completed service would look like when it was ready to distribute. As the product gained traction among healthcare professionals, a website was necessary to explain the services and features offered by the various WaitingMed products developed over time.

Back then, developing the WaitingMed Call Response video was one of the most challenging and engaging projects I have ever undertaken. At the outset, I had only a vague idea of how to approach this project and to make things even more challenging; I was the only team member. I aimed to bring a very abstract concept to life within two weeks.

To achieve this, I relied on stock videos and the brand guidelines that were already in place. Using my previous experience with After Effects, I created a final product that I am incredibly proud of. The video isn't impressive because of how it turned out; it's a source of pride because I could accomplish something I never thought possible.
